Safety first: the advantage of a small structure and breakfast served in the large garden.

We remind our guests that we only have 10 Suites.

Here are our additional measures put in place for the 2020 season:
1) the garden and the swimming pool will remain open. We remind our guests that the swimming pool is available to our guests only, observing all the security measures given in the large spaces of the property.
2) If you don’t want to go out for dinner, we can organize dinner in our cloister / garden.
3) Check-in as payments will take place in a simplified formula to keep the safety distance.
4) Cleaning will be made with additional sanitation of the rooms.
5) All rooms will also be equipped with hand sanitizers.

Lucca Summer Festival: a big show!

Year after year, Lucca Summer Festival reserves surprises and guests that have no rivals.
Also this year famous artists took turns on stage, like as since first edition in 1998, inaugurated by Bob Dylan and Joe Cocker.
In subsequent years, their place was taken by musician like Elton JohnEnnio MorriconeLiza MinnelliGeorge MichaelHerbie HancockRay CharlesEric Clapton and so on.

This  years, on stage of Lucca Summer Festival, you’ll find:

But the big surprise, is the Rolling Stones, that will play at the Lucca Summer Festival on September 23, in the only Italian date on their Stones-No Filter world tour.
The concert will have the Tuscan city’s famed medieval walls as a backdrop.


Andrea Bocelli at Teatro del Silenzio 2017, Lajatico.

Since he decided to come back to his roots and performed in his home town for the first time in 2006, Andrea Bocelli has offered a series of unmissable, highly appreciated concerts every year in July.

Also, this time, on 3rd August, Bocelli will perform live in the open air theatre in Lajatico, his home town immersed in the Tuscan countryside.


Like in the past years, Bocelli at Teatro del Silenzio, will be joined by several artists, who will perform throughout the concert and give life to a wonderful show one will never forget.

The magic atmosphere of the natural theatre, that was built for Bocelli and his yearly concert, willmake the experience even more unforgettable.


The 2016 edition saw Andrea Bocelli perform a lyrical repertoire from some of the most famous opera arias dedicated to one of the oldest and most fascinating shows of all time: the Circus.

For this edition we expect another sensational show.

Pistoia, the Italian Capital of Culture

Pistoia has made it!  Beating its rivals, including cities like Spoleto, Ercolano and Parma, Pistoia has won the title of Capital of Culture 2017.

What does this mean?
Each year, The Ministry of Culture, Heritage and Turism selects on city as part of an initiative to support and promote projects relating to culture.
One reason that this little city in Tuscany won was the importance Pistoia has given to culture in its broadest sense for many years.

So, with a calendar packed full of theatre, music, art and activities, Pistoia is gearing up for a full year of cultural enrichment.

The program includes renovating historic monuments to create space for exhibits and will be featuring events showcasing local, Italian and international talents and working with the community to highlight their unique and special cultural profile.


Pistoia, the Italian Capital of Culture, is a city in Tuscany, halfway between Florence and Lucca. Although it’s not as famous as other cities, Pistoia is worth visiting because it treasures fascinating architectural and natural spots.


You have to came to visit Pistoia, the Italian Capital of Culture and walk around the historical centre of the city.

First and foremost, visit Piazza Duomo, among them the cathedral dedicated to San Zeno, and next to the cathedral, you’ll see the Bell Tower.

Another interesting Square is “Piazzetta della Sala“, where during the mornings there is the vegetable market and during the night there is the city’s nightlife.

You have to visit also The Ospedale del Ceppo and the Biblioteca San Giorgio and if you want to relax in the midst of nature, give the Parco Villone Puccini a go.

Lucca Summer Festival 2015

Il Lucca Summer Festival ha svelato i concerti dell’annata 2015: dopo la conferma di Robbie Williams, prima superstar internazionale confermata in ordine cronologico, sono arrivati gli annunci di Sir Elton John, che suonerà in Piazza Napoleone l’11 luglio, di Mark Knopfler, di Lenny Kravitz, che si esibirà in concerto il 26 luglio, di Billy Idol e altre star come Paolo Nutini e John Legend. A tutti questi grandi nomi, si aggiunge quello di Bob Dylan, che l’1 luglio sale sul palco dopo Francesco De Gregori. Anche la coppia d’oro del rap italiano J-Ax e Fedez sarà di scena a Lucca il 24 luglio. E’ lecito attendersi ulteriori novità nelle prossime settimane, il cast degli artisti che saliranno sul palco di Piazza Napoleone non deluderà i fan più esigenti.

Lo scorso anno il Lucca Summer Festival ha portato in Italia nomi internazionali di primo piano come Eagles, Nile Rodgers e Stevie Wonder, oltre a proporre sullo stage principale affermate realtà nazionali come Elisa ed Emma.

Pistoia Blues 2015

Il Pistoia Blues torna a luglio 2015 riconfermandosi uno dei festival musicali più importanti del nostro Paese. Primo nome annunciato della 36° edizione Carlos Santana, che il 21 luglio tornerà a esibirsi nella cittadina toscana dopo i successi del 1996 e del 2004. Il 24 sarà la volta di Sting, che per la prima volta salirà sul palco della manifestazione proponendo i più grandi classici del suo repertorio. Tra gli artisti presenti in calendario anche i Counting Crows e Passenger, presto ne saranno annunciati altri. Ecco il programma della manifestazione.
